Please read prior to booking your appointment.
I appreciate every client’s time. I have strict rules of service in place so that every client who sits in my chair has a luxury experience without being inconvenienced by waiting. Once your personalized service has been booked and locked in, you’re well on your way to sitting in my chair. I do not double-book clients, and no extra guests are allowed in the salon that arenot being serviced.

Install maintenance appointments are for prior clients only. I will not work over another stylist’s work. Book a takedown service to get a new install.

Natural hair care is important to me; therefore, I require each client to keep up with regular trims and treatments. You can add these services to personalize your appointment service.

Deposit
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment. All clients must have a valid credit card or debit card on file in your StyleSeatprofile.

Confirmation
After booking your appointment, you will receive an email from StyleSeatwith the services selected. You can choose to add additional services at your appointment if time permits.

Reschedule
Things happen! You have up to 24 hours to reschedule your appointment and have your deposit transferred to your next appointment. Cold and flu season is here. If you’re sick, you’re required to reschedule when you’re feeling 100% better.

Cancellations
Life happens! Please be sure to cancel your appointment if rescheduling is not an option. For no-calls and no-shows, there will be a late cancel fee of 50% and a no-show fee of 100%. You will not be able to book a future appointment.

Late
Maximum grace period is 20 minutes. If you come later or miss your appointment without calling, your appointment will be canceledand your deposit will be forfeited. You are welcome to reschedule for a later appointment.

Extensions & Color Services
A consultation is required for a color transformation and hair extension services, like I-tips and MicroLink beading. These are high-maintenance services and require consistent upkeep.

New Clients
All new clients are required to reach out via text message or email. You’ll need to complete a phone analysis before booking your appointment.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Gratuity Preferably Cash!
